My hubby started making a cream based chicken potato corn chowder in the crock pot around midnight last night. He made the mistake of adding the heavy and light creams then and so they were in it for 8 hours and now are all seperated and chunky looking. Well he had to go into work so I said I'd work on trying to save it before our church's potluck tonight. Can it be saved? It taste fine boot looks icky. All I can think is to blend in potato flakes to cover the look some.
