Can i sue conveyance rs for failing to imform me of a covenant on property that i own?

It would be very surprising if the covenant was not noted on doents you were asked by your conveyancer to look at and approve prior to completion. I would have expected your conveyancer to bring a covenant to your attention but he doesn't have to if its mentioned in papers you see and can check in advance. You only have a basis for a case for compensation if the covenant was not shown or refered to in any doentation that you received and had opportunity to see prior to completion of the conveyance.
