General Question on Typos?
An omitted question mark could be a typo if the omission is the result of poor typing rather than ignorance of the rules of punctuation. If the person normally uses question marks correctly the mistake is probably a typing error. A typo is any mistake that you make because your fingers hit the wrong keys or no key when a key is needed. Typos are usually not grammatical errors because most grammatical errors are too complicated to be made just by hitting a wrong key. Exceptions would be something like typing "He say." instead of "He says." Unless you know the person doing the typing you wouldn't know without more context whether that is a typing error or a grammar error.
