Ok i need help i dont know what to do.please help.?

Ok I'm a girl and my best friend is a girl too and I feel strangely attracted to her..for example me and her call each other wifeys and you know we are very close but we are closer then most friends like when we go to sleep we have to sleep next to each other and we always have to be snuggling and whenever we give each other hugs or put our arms around each other she usually touches my but and it makes me happy inside like it makes me feel good if u know what I mean and its like she does it on purpose she's always hugging me and stuff always placing her hand on my but and I'm attracted to it anf whenever we sleep and she's really close to me it makes me happy too and we give each other kisses on the cheeks and stuff and she is always kissing me on the cheek so I need to know what to do and do u think she's attracted to it too??
