Could someone tell me where in the Qu'ran it say that a Muslim can marry a Christians.?

and where do it say that they are not suppose to have a girlfriend. I am a Christian and my boyfriend is Muslim I have a Qu'ran given to me by my best friend who is Muslim. when I met him he wanted to get marry now he is on blackplanted.com talking and giving his phone to other woman and talking about Christians. and about islam. I have respect for Islam. and me being Christians. the Qu'ran he use is my Qu'ran. he has found all kinds a fault in me. yet I point no finger at him. he believes it ok for him to talk to other woman and not get marry. I used to read my Qu'ran but have not in a while, so need help. he don't want to get marry because he don't have a permit. job. his job is always 6 months at time. plus is have major money issues and a soon to be ex-wife who was not a Muslim as well.
