Choir report on composers?

I missed a choir concert and thats worth over half of our grade. I now have a C and have only a few weeks to get the grade up before the end of the term. For extra credit, I need to write a 2 pg single spaced report on a composer. I can't decide which one to do! And I can't find very much credible information on any of the ones I've been thinking of (Bach, Tchaikovsky, Mozart, Beethoven, Handel. Most of the clic, well known ones) Who should I do? Please provide links to lots of understandable (I'm in the 8th grade) information on the composer
