Is Cam Newton going to come out in this years nfl draft?

I believe that he will come out for the draft, since their is no reason for him to stay. He's already won the Heisman, and his draft stock will never be higher than it is right now (projected to be middle 1st round to 2nd round), plus, add the impending sanctions that Auburn will most likely be facing, their really is no reason for him to stay. Besides, we know he's about the money, and if he doesn't go this year, for the 2012 draft, their is expecting to be a rookie salary cap for the draft, which means that he will make less money. And you know that Cecil Newton wouldn't be happy with that.
