I would like to know if i go back to meps to change my mos will i get a list of jobs that are not so good?

Im in DEP and want to change my MOS but my recruitor is being difficult about this. i have 4 months to go but he said he does not want to take me till one month befor i leave. Also he said i will not have a good choice of jobs.... please give me some insite on this to calm my nerves. Thank you everyone!
