Question about abortion and the death penalty?

I think that it would. Your comment about abortions becoming less safe if illegal. I would never have an abortion for any reason, but for the sake of this question, but I would not have one if I knew that I could get the death penalty. Interesting thing I thought of though as I was writing this- 4,000 babies a day in America get the death penalty already today, because women choose to have abortions, and these babies are innocent.
