Getting Stood Up Ideas?

It would be very surprising if the covenant was not noted on doents you were asked by your conveyancer to look at and approve prior to completion. I would have expected your conveyancer to bring a covenant to your attention but he doesn't have to if its mentioned in papers you see and can check in advance. You only have a basis for a case for compensation if the covenant was not shown or refered to in any doentation that you received and had opportunity to see prior to completion of the conveyance.

Ok, This is what's happening. I'm a 22 year old girl, and I'm pretty sure I'm a Hypochondriac. I have been like this all my life but now it seems it has gotten worse. It started on this last November when one morning I got up and I noticed I started losing hair more than usual. A few days later it kept falling off so I started to get depressed.I cried for an entire day and didn't eat for 2 days straight. Everyone I told about said I was just exaggerating and I was fine. I was CONVINCED I had Alopecia. (Autoinmune desease that attacks your hair follicles mistaking your hair for something harmful) I went to the doctor and it was just a scalp infection. after a MONTH I let go of the fear of going bald, everything was fine for like a week or 2. Then one day I was here on my laptop and I had the news on on tv and they talked about a 70 year old man that was going to die of stomach cancer and they were making his last wish come true. After that I started looking for stomach cancer symptoms and all of the sudden the next day I was feeling bloated and always checking myself for any other symptom. Went to doc and he said I probably have a lot of acid in my stomach and he prescribed me an anti acid. Lasted for 2 horrible weeks with this worry. The rest of December was fine but.. here's what worrying me at the moment, right now. Like a week ago this pain on my left eye came to me out of nowhere. Now, I didnt gave it much thought. But as the days ped thoughts were coming to my head, maybe I have something bad in my eye, I knew what was gonna happen if I let those thoughts continue so I tried to ignore them. I did for a while but they came back eventually. Now, I have like a red dot on my left eye on the white are for like a year now, so I thought maybe the dot and the pain that came to me a few days back are connected. So I went online and started looking and stuff, then this cursed name came into my screen "Glaucoma" I said to myself I can't have that my visual field is fine.. I think. So I started checking how big my visual field is and now I convinced myself I have the darn thing and my vision is in danger and that Im going blind. Since it says the disease comes without warning and when the person realases something is wrong is too late and you can't recover the vision you lost, I'm freaking out. Sometimes I can calm myself but not all the way. And the way I do is by checking my field of vision like every 5 minutes. But I want to stop completely, I want to calm myself already and just stop thinking I have every disease I see. My stomach gets upset just thinking I could go blind and I have this urge of seeing the eye specialist. I have been wearing gles since the fourth grade. All of the sudden Im convinced I cant see like I should and I just freak out and right now I feel like throwing up. Please help.. No mean comments please I just want to calm down.. Ok my whole grade went on a trip to the Bronx Zoo. On our way back my friend found out her phone was stolen on the bus ride back to school. She lent it to Sarah, Sue, and Jen. I think you sound perfectly reasonable. However, it is never too late to lose weight. All that matters is that you are happy with yourself, especially on the inside! I am 5'4" as well. In high school I had a 28" waist and was very fit and active due to sports. Now that I am 26 and working long hours I am not active at all. I now have a 27" waist but I look larger due to the lack of muscle. I would much rather weigh more and be toned than weigh less and be all fat. (I did get it pierced by a professional) Within the first few months I got it pierced it developed a large red bump and no matter how much anti bacterial stuff and salt soaks I did it wouldn't go away. Case Airflow Question?

According to the specs. you can have 6-120mm fans and 2-140mm fans (top) I'm using a Centurion 541 Micro ATX case with 2 120mm Thermaltake A2018 variable speed fans (one in front one in back) an AMD 440 Rana triple core CPU with a zalman 9500 heat sink/fan. My video card is the Sapphire 5770 1GB GDDR5. I keep the fan speed under 2000RPM for the low noise level and my card runs about 38-40C when running COD MW2 at top settings.much less when idle. The 5000 series cards don't put out the heat older cards can generate so having one GOOD fan in front and one in back should be just fine. Side fans are a help..if they don't compete with total air flow. you just have to have good air flow. that does not mean you need to create a hurricane inside your case! good wire management, keeping air flowing over you equipment, will work in any case.

You can probably find used HTs on eBay for under $100. All will let you talk on your local repeaters. If you want to get on HF,you will have to spend a little more, but for a couple hundred dollars, you can probably find an used HF rig on eBay. My son has a viral infection, could I get sick?

So, I took my son to the dr yesterday because he kept gagging on mucus when when he would cough and his nose is running clear. He is 17 months old and has never been sick so I kinda freaked and took him in. But she said it was a viral infection (he started with the symptoms on Christmas morning, which was a congested coughing) and she gave him some antibiotics but told me not to get them filled until 10 days p and he is worse. But she said she didn't want him to get started on them until he was alot worse than what he is now and I would to because I really don't care for pumping him full of drugs he really don't need. Anyways, my question is... can I get what he's got? I let him get a drink of my drink and then I got a drink right after without thinking I could get sick too. But is he is contagious??

I was diagnosed yesterday and the Doctor told me that I am a healthy person, so its very minor. Tuesday night I started to get a sore throat then yesterday morning I felt like puking(i didn't), was achy, a little cough, had the chills, throat hurt bad, a small temperature and my head hurt. I fixed a situation such as yours and found that the mixing valve in the shower was causing the problem. Somewhere in your system cold water must be mixing with the hot water. Moms what would you do? Help especially from moms who formula feed..?

So I just started watching this 4 1/2month old little girl and her mom said she drinks 4 oz every 4 hours of formula. Well this child crys and crys after everything i do. And ofcourse im a mom of a 6 month old so i KNOW she is hungry so finally i give in at 3 hours and by then she acts like she is starving. I feel so bad this whole formula thing sucks cause its all about schedules. also I think she needs more than 4 oz. I think she is going through a growth spurt. But i dont want to not listen to the mom, should i tell her i think she needs a little more? I mean after she gulps down the milk she crys for more! i give her a pacifier and pat her back and she is fine but i guess im just so used to my baby telling me when she is full. So i dont really know what to do. So basically what im asking is if i feed her every 3 hrs instead of 4 like her mom said do you think that would be fine? And should i mention it to her mom that she might be hungry for more?

I would never have an abortion for any reason, but for the sake of this question, but I would not have one if I knew that I could get the death penalty. Help Me Get This Stuff Off?

I was set up last night. My girlfriend invited me over to her place and I expected a quiet evening. Half a dozen of her girlfriends were there including the girl I've been seeing on the side. They jumped me and totally trashed me. I spent most of the evening tied to a tree in drag, but they tried to make things more permanent. They put long lasting lipstick and waterproof makeup on me and broke the zipper on the dress they put me in. They even put tiny locks through the straps in my shoes. With effort I got untied this morning and got most everything off with a scissors or scrubbing. The two things I can't get off are these long fake nails which they glued on and this wig. They used a crochet needle to thread my hair into the wig. I know what they did is illegal and they will regret it, but my main concerns are getting the wig and nails off. Then I'm going to do something about the pictures. Any ideas?

I have seen the music video for Unforgiven, by Metallica half a million times, and I have no idea what the person in the video is doing. It's an awesome video, don't get em wrong, I love it. My hubby started making a cream based chicken potato corn chowder in the crock pot around midnight last night.
